This Expression of Interest allows us to learn more about your work and explore how we may collaborate to create a meaningful festival experience together. Important Note:
All Facilitator (Movement & Workshop), Healer, and Market Stall Holder positions attract a participation fee. By submitting this Expression of Interest, you acknowledge that a fee will apply should your application be accepted and that you wish to be considered on this basis.
Fees for reference only, as of June 2026:
These fees are not due for initial EOI application submission, only applicable upon final acceptance by both the Festival Organisers and Festival Collaborator.

Healer & Festival Market Stall Holder (Internal) - $209.00

If you’re accepted for more than one collaboration, your second and subsequent contribution is $50.
