Our festival was initially established 2023 as a one day event and now it is a movement, a gathering of women ready to honour where they’ve been and embrace what’s next.

+ Collaborate - EOI's for a diverse and aligned collective of facilitators, healers, creatives, speakers and market stall holders who are passionate about supporting women through connection, education, wellbeing, and community.

We are so excited to announce that Alex (midwife) and Mia (doula) will be hosting a Postpartum Group for our wonderful community of mums and their little ones. Born from our shared passion for supporting women through birth and matrescence, this group is a space to gather, connect, learn and be nurtured alongside other mothers walking a similar path. This offering is a new community initiative of Rise & Gather.
Alongside connection and conversation, we’ll also be welcoming guest speakers throughout the year, sharing wisdom on holistic wellness topics relevant to this season of motherhood.
Whether you’re newly navigating life with your baby or further along in your matrescence journey, if this resonates with your heart, we’d love you to join us.

Before the workshops, the dancing, the conversations, the healing, the laughter, the hugs, and all the magic of the Women’s Wellness Festival, we’re inviting you to join us for something a little slower, softer, and more intimate. Our Winter Solstice Gathering is the official beginning of this year’s festival journey. This intimate gathering is also a beautiful introduction to the Women’s Wellness Festival.
