Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Women’s Wellness Festival, proudly presented by Rise & Gather Co.
As the festival continues to grow, we are curating a diverse and aligned collective of facilitators, healers, creatives, speakers, and market stall holders who are passionate about supporting women through connection, education, wellbeing, and community. This Expression of Interest allows us to learn more about your work and explore how we may collaborate to create a meaningful festival experience together. We appreciate the time you take to share your details and look forward to reviewing your submission.

About your business or organisation
Please note your business is required to hold a minimum $10,000,000 public liability insurance policy.
Important Note:
All Facilitator (Movement & Workshop), Healer, and Market Stall Holder positions attract a participation fee. By submitting this Expression of Interest, you acknowledge that a fee will apply should your application be accepted and that you wish to be considered on this basis.
Fees for reference only, as of June 2026:
These fees are not due for initial EOI application submission, only applicable upon final acceptance by both the Festival Organisers and Festival Collaborator.
